As you probably know, the hardest part of this journey is the start of it. The start of eating right, food preps, getting up at the crack of dawn, exercising. I had headaches, body aches, I was t ired , etc. I got through 30 days of it and as each day passed, this is what I noticed:
- I sleep like a baby!
- I have energy all-day
- My trainer asked me the other day if I still had headaches? I haven't had one! (knock on wood)
- I'm less stressed
I remember listening to this dietician speak saying this is the day that everyone quits their New Year's resolution diet. I was sitting there thinking.... not me. 1) I'm not dieting I'm changing my lifestyle to make healthy choices. 2) I'm not quitting, this is for life!
I'm starting this blog on February 21st almost two months in. I'll post updates as I go and use this as my journal.
